What are your opening hours?

Tuesday–Friday & Monday: 8:30am–4:30pm. Saturday: 9:30am–4:30pm. Closed Sundays.

How do I book an appointment?

The easiest way is online via our Square booking page. You can also call us on 0468 885 580.

Is the price list final?

It's a guide. Final price & grooming time depend on coat condition, body size and your pet's behaviour. We'll always confirm with you before any extras.

Do you groom both cats and dogs?

Yes! We offer full dog grooming services as well as deluxe baths and full grooms for cats.

What if my pet is matted?

We charge de-matting from $10 per 10 minutes. For heavily matted coats, a shorter clip is often the kindest option — we'll always discuss with you first.

Do you offer non-anesthesia teeth cleaning?

Yes, by special appointment only. Calculus removal is $20 per tooth.
